From a child in her family’s vibrant rose garden to the visionary founder of MIELĒV, Marialena has always drawn inspiration from the beauty and richness of nature. Watching her mother craft rose-water tonics for skincare sparked a lifelong fascination with botanical treasures and their power to nurture and enhance the skin.

Although she first pursued a conventional path earning a law degree in Athens and continuing her studies in Paris, but her true calling was never far. She went on to build a successful career at a multinational company, gaining the experience, knowledge, and confidence that would later empower her to follow her dream.

Her journey into beauty formally began with cosmetology studies at the University of Athens, where she immersed herself in the art and science of skincare. She earned certifications in natural cosmetic formulation and perfumery, laying the foundation for her future creations. Marialena began by crafting her first creams for friends, blending science with soul.

In 2017, she started producing her own products using active natural ingredients. After three years of meticulous research and collaboration with leading scientists and dermatologists, 2020 marked the launch of MIELĒV, a culmination of her dreams and the beginning of a new chapter. Her vision, her passion, and commitment to her values have since earned international recognition, including being named to Fashion Daily’s 2025 “20 Under 40 in Fashion & Beauty” list.
