Greece

Deliveries within Greece are made through BOX NOW (collection from the BOX NOW locker of your choice) or ELTA Courier (door to door), within 1-2 working days, and during holidays within 3-4 working days.

The charges are as follows:

• BOX NOW: €3.00
• ELTA Courier: €3.50
• For orders of €50.00 or more, shipping is free with both BOX NOW and ELTA Courier.

All charges include VAT 24%.

For members of the MIELĒV SelfCare Club (with an account on mielev.com), free shipping within Greece depends on the tier: Routine Seeker on orders from €35.00, Glow Riser on orders from €25.00 and Luminous Muse on all orders.

‘Cash On Delivery’ is available for deliveries with ELTA Courier, with an additional fee of €2.00 on the final amount.

Cyprus and Bulgaria

• Cyprus: Orders are shipped with BOX NOW at a cost of €7.00. For orders of €100.00 or more, shipping is free.
• Bulgaria: Orders are shipped with BOX NOW at a cost of €3.00. For orders of €50.00 or more, shipping is free.

For orders to all other countries, the charges are:

• European Union: The products are shipped by DHL within 2 – 5 working days, depending on the country.
• Outside the European Union: The products are shipped by DHL within 3 – 7 working days. Depending on the country, there may be extra charges arising out of import duties, exchange, customs clearance or other special charges for which the company assumes no responsibility.

Once customers fill in the required shipping information during checkout, the corresponding shipping cost is shown and added automatically, depending on the customer’s address and place of residence. For orders of €100.00 or more, the most economical available shipping option is free; faster express options are charged as usual.

Carriers deliver parcels during normal business hours and may require a signature to receive, so we suggest your order to be delivered to a working address rather than a home address. Mielev is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to the international shipment, as mentioned hereinabove. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. 

When there are custom charges, they can affect the delivery time of your parcel. Please be advised that in the event of a national holiday/bank holiday in your country, deliveries are unlikely to occur. In this case, please wait for your order to arrive the next business day.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday.
