Delivery Information

Greece

Deliveries are made in the district of Attiki and the rest of Greece through the Courier Center  Company or/and ELTA Courier Company (Porta - Porta) within 1-2 working days, and during holidays in 3-4 working days.

The charges are as follows:

·       For deliveries in Greece on orders over 50,00€, the shipping cost is free. For orders under 50,00€, the shipping cost is 3,50€ (including VAT 24%). 

For products paid through the ‘Cash On Delivery’ method, a fee of €2.00 is added to the final amount of the exchange.

For orders outside Greece, the charges are:

·       European Union: The products are shipped by the DHL Company(including VAT 24%) within 2 - 5 working days, depending on the country.

·       Outside the European Union: The products are shipped by the DHL Company (including VAT 24%) within 3 - 7 working days. Depending on the country, there may be extra charges arising out of import duties, exchange, customs clearance or other special charges for which the company assumes no responsibility.

Once the customers fill in the required field of the shipping information, through the checkout process, DHL automatically shows and adds the corresponding shipping cost, depending on customer’s address and place of residence.

Carriers deliver parcels during normal business hours and may require a signature to receive, so we suggest your order to be delivered to a working address rather than a home address. Mielev is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to the international shipment, as mentioned hereinabove. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. 

When there are custom charges, they can affect the delivery time of your parcel. Please be advised that in the event of a national holiday/bank holiday in your country, deliveries are unlikely to occur. In this case, please wait for your order to arrive the next business day.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday.
